Administration Assistant (Operations)

Are you an experienced professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately? Cross Country Rentals is looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to support our operational needs. This pivotal role ensures smooth coordination across our operations and facilitates efficient communication between our departments and brands.
What your day will look like:
- Providing support to our operation teams, completing administrative tasks with precision.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate data across sales, operations, and customer records
- Creating reservations, managing invoicing, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests
- Ensure staff hours are managed and tracked accurately
- Assisting with project setup and supporting teams on operational initiatives
- Producing reports and maintaining repositories for contracts, quotes, and other key documents
- Liaising with key account contacts to coordinate bookings and respond to queries
- Responding promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries.
- Preparing and proof-reading proposals, contracts, and agreements for internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- A full, clean Class 1 driver's licence.
- Previous experience in administration or a related role
- Capable of working independently when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Solid computer literacy and attention to detail for accurate data entry and reservation management
